20 : Like couple outfit

as they left the hotel. Not far from here was a mountaintop offering a view of the sunrise. After a group of people finally climbed up,

they discovered that quite a few people had already arrived, crowding the summit. The mountaintop was rather chilly at night, and the wind blowing from all directions made one shiver.

As the sky began to lighten, Tang Ze handed him his jacket. He had left just in time, and now, needing to urinate after drinking, he had to go.

Song Shi took the jacket, glancing at the person standing behind him. Shen Yihan said nothing, only watching the man hurriedly run towards the nearby restroom.

"Don't push him too hard."

"I know my limits."

"You'd better not."

Shen Yihan raised an eyebrow at the person beside her: "Where's your boyfriend?" "

?"

"Stop pretending. I know you like guys, and you seem to have a bit of a crush on that person."

Song Shi's eyes turned slightly cold: "What's it to you?"

"Then please don't bother us." Shen Yihan's cold smile faded as she watched the tall figure approach with a brand-new coat in his hand.

"Besides, that person might not be so simple to you either."

Before Song Shi could say anything, a weight settled on her shoulder. Turning around, she saw Chen Zhoumu, his breathing still a little unsteady: "It's new, this way you won't be so cold. Don't catch a cold."

The other person was wearing the same style as the coat draped over his shoulders, only the colors were different—one white, one black.

Chen Zhoumu was wearing the white one, and he gave the black one to Song Shi.

He put on his coat, turned his head, and looked expressionlessly at the person standing beside him. He was looking down at his phone, the light from the phone shining on his face. The wind on the mountaintop was strong, blowing his hair.

Song Shi recalled Shen Yihan's words. The other man seemed to sense his gaze, slowly raising his head, their eyes meeting.

"What's wrong? Still cold?" He watched Chen Zhoumu put his phone away, then naturally pulled Song Shi's hand into his, enveloping it in his own, the warmth radiating from Chen's palm.

It was a gesture he'd performed a thousand times, so practiced.

For the first time, Song Shi didn't pull his hand away, nor did he slap it off.

Chen Zhoumu's hand was large and warm, the warmth seeming to travel from his palm through his arm and throughout his body.

No wonder Shen Yihan misunderstood; would friends do such a thing? Song Shi knew what she meant, but when he looked at Chen Zhoumu again, he didn't think Chen Zhoumu had such feelings for him.

He was still Chen's good brother, not a lover.

From the moment they arrived, Chen had been clinging to him like this, but Song Shi hadn't felt any romantic interest. Perhaps Chen was just misunderstanding their friendship, hence his kindness.

After Song Shi understood, he withdrew his hand and looked at the other person's face, which was slightly red from the wind: "I'm not cold."

"It's so cold!" He Xi walked over with his arms crossed, and Liao Ming, who was walking beside him, was also shivering.

"I told you to bring clothes when you came up, and now you know it's cold?" Zhang Jingxiao looked at the two of them wearing a coat.

"Your coat was brought to you by Tan Zi! Ugh... why isn't the sun up yet?"

"Hey, Mu Ge, what about your coats?"

"Just bought them."

"Damn, where can you buy them anymore!"

Chen Zhou tilted his head: "Over there."

"Quick, Zhuang Zhuang, let's go buy one too, I'm freezing." Saying that, the two of them ran over there.

"Look! The sun is rising!" Zhang Jingxiao's gaze shifted from the two people's coats, which looked like matching outfits, and looked at the horizon not far away.

Many tourists standing around began to take out their phones to take pictures.

Zhang Jingxiao excitedly shook Tan Qi's arm: "You really have to see the sunrise at least once in your life, otherwise it's such a waste!"

"It's so beautiful."

Tan Qi looked down at the people taking pictures. The sunlight shone on their bright faces, captivating her gaze. She mechanically replied, "Yes, it's so beautiful."

She took out her phone and took pictures of the slowly rising sun. Zhang Jingxiao nodded in satisfaction at the photos on her phone and turned to look at Tan Qi. Tan Qi

was also looking at her. Zhang Jingxiao tilted her head up and showed Tan Qi the photos she had just taken.

"How about we take a picture together?"

Tan Qi nodded without hesitation.

Seeing that the two people who had bought clothes hadn't returned yet, Zhang Jingxiao turned her attention to the person standing to the side. She didn't dare offend Song Shi, so she had to ask Chen Zhoumu for help.

After taking the phone, Chen Zhoumu pulled Tan Qi to find a nice background.

Song Shi looked at the group of people taking pictures and suddenly felt a heavy weight in her hand. She realized Tang Ze's clothes were still in his hands, wondering why he had been in the restroom for so long.

He glanced at them, thinking the filming would probably take a while, then turned to walk away.

There weren't many people left at the public restroom; most had crowded at the front. He was about to go in when he heard a sound coming from the woods nearby.

He heard a soft groan—it was Tang Ze.

Without thinking, Song Shi walked towards that direction. Before he could even get there, he saw two figures.

The first one he saw was Shen Yihan.

The girl was very tall, able to completely envelop the person in her arms. Leaning against the wall, she lazily lowered her head to kiss him, her hand supporting his head, preventing him from falling backward. It was a

very aggressive pose.

He tilted his head back, receiving her touch. Her hand slipped under his hem, disappearing into his black hoodie.

As if hearing the commotion, he slowly opened his closed eyes, looking over with annoyance and irritation at being disturbed. His cold gaze was like that of a predatory beast issuing an order to leave.

Before Song Shi could even look away, a pair of hands covered his eyes, and a familiar scent came from behind.

"Little Song, don't disturb other people's lovemaking."

Then, his hand was pulled up, and he followed Chen Zhoumu's lead away.

He didn't know that in their relationship, Tang Ze was actually the subordinate.

The three-day trip ended today. On the bus back, He Xi was still complaining that not only had they not bought a coat,

but they had also missed the sunrise. Later, the group, who hadn't slept all night, hurriedly went down the mountain and ate a hasty breakfast.

The bus started swaying and rocking. Those who hadn't slept all night were now overcome with sleepiness. The bus was quiet, with only the breathing of people catching up on sleep.

On the return trip, Song Shi still leaned against Chen Zhoumu, who was like a human headrest.

Because he hadn't slept last night, Song Shi was sleepy immediately. When he woke up, the bus was almost at Xiacheng No. 1 Middle School. He rubbed his neck and straightened up.

Suddenly, a weight pressed down on his shoulder. The person sitting next to him was still asleep; their head, which had been resting on his shoulder, now lost its support and slumped onto his shoulder.

Song Shi turned to look at them. The other person was fast asleep, seemingly unaffected by the car's jolting.

There was a noticeable red mark on the other side of their face, as if they had been near a window. Their hair was slightly disheveled, some strands brushing against his neck with the car's swaying.

Song Shi felt a tickle, but still didn't wake them.

Only when the car slowly pulled into the school and stopped did he shake his shoulder: "Wake up, we're here."

There was no response. Song Shi patted the other person's face expressionlessly, and the moment his fingers touched it, a burning heat washed over him.

Chen Zhoumu's body temperature was usually higher than Song Shi's.

He frowned and placed his hand on the other person's forehead.

No need for further words; Chen Zhoumu had a fever, and judging from the temperature of the skin beneath his hand, it seemed quite high.

In the end, Song Shi and He Xi helped Chen Zhoumu to the infirmary.

Song Shi, seeing Chen Zhoumu as a tall and strong man, had no idea he was so frail. He'd fallen ill after catching a chill in the morning.

When Song Shi returned to the infirmary after putting his luggage back in the dormitory, Chen Zhoumu was already awake. He was leaning against the hospital bed, facing several people in white coats, with an open medical kit beside him, fully equipped. They were clearly

not just some intern doctor casually passing the time.

Song Shi had heard that Chen Zhoumu's family was quite wealthy, but he didn't know why he was in Xia City.

After the people in the crowded infirmary finished packing and came out, passing by him, Song Shi glanced casually and noticed the insignia on the head doctor's chest:

Song's Hospital.

He paused abruptly. It was his family's hospital, that's true, but Song's hospitals were generally only located in the south, rarely in the north, let alone for a minor illness.

Before he could think further, a familiar voice came from the ward: "Song, why aren't you coming in? Don't you want to come see your sick and helpless classmate?"

Song Shi put the matter aside and went inside.

The person lying on the bed had a lively expression, no different from usual except for slightly pale lips. Anyone who didn't know better would think they'd just taken a nap.

He tossed the medicine he'd bought onto the table: "Already better?"

"Just a minor fever. A shot and some medicine and I'm almost fine."

"Just a minor fever? I wonder who caught a cold from a gust of wind on the mountaintop. No good, Chen." Song Shi casually pulled over a stool and sat down lazily.

"Ahem...that's a bit of a stretch. I just have a weak constitution, but that doesn't mean I'm bad at other things, right, Song?" Chen Zhoumu coughed a few times, his fist to his lips, looking at the other man.

"Tsk." Song Shi bit the soft flesh in his mouth. "What does it matter to me whether you can do it or not? Looks like you're almost recovered, I'll be going now."

Chen Zhoumu quickly grabbed his hand. "Stop messing around, stop messing around, I feel dizzy again, I'm a patient now."

"If you're better, hurry back to class, don't take up public resources. I have to go now." Song Shi shook off his hand, turned to look at him, and then left the infirmary.

Chen Zhoumu smiled as he watched Song Shi's retreating figure, feeling the lingering warmth in his hand.
